What Youll Do
- Own the end-to-end product design for web and app: discovery, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, visual design, and specs.
- Build and evolve our design system (tokens, components, patterns) for speed and consistency.
- Create marketing and lifecycle assets: website pages, landing pages, email templates, CRM snippets, social, and light print collateral.
- Deliver motion and video: micro-interactions, UI motion, short edits for product and social.
- Run lightweight research and testing: interviews, usability tests, analytics-informed iterations.
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, ops, and brand to ship high-quality work quickly.
What youll bring
- 48+ years designing digital products (consumer apps preferred), with a portfolio of shipped work.
- Mastery of Figma (components, auto-layout, prototypes) and Adobe CC (Illustrator, Photoshop; After Effects/Premiere for motion/video).
- Strong UX craft and systems thinking; you can simplify complex journeys and edge cases.
- Excellent visual design: layout, grid, type, color, iconography, accessibility fundamentals (WCAG).
- Comfortable producing responsive web, mobile app UI, email templates (basic HTML/CSS helpful), and print-ready assets.
- A makers mindset: fast, thoughtful, iterative, and opinionatedyet collaborative and ego-free.
Nice to have
- Experience with design tokens, component libraries, and collaborating in code (Storybook, Git).
- Familiarity with marketing automation/CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Klaviyo, Braze).
- Motion systems for UI (Lottie, After Effects JSON).
- Basic prototyping in code a plus (React/SwiftUI helpful but not required).
