- Conduct financial modelling and analysis of real estate debt and equity transactions;
- Evaluate cash flow projections, returns, sources and uses, and key credit metrics;
- Prepare investment memoranda, teasers and presentations for clients, investors, and lenders;
- Own the integrity of our CRM: maintain and clean the data behind our proprietary network of contacts, companies, deals, and terms;
- Support live processes end to end, from first conversations through term sheets to deal closings.

- Excellent analytical, critical-thinking and problem-solving skills;

- Comfortable operating in a small unstructured team — a self-starter open to wearing many hats if and when necessary;
- Ability to prioritise and meet multiple deadlines;
- Receptive to new technology.
Working knowledge of Python, HTML/CSS or similar is a plus — particularly if you can build internal automations or help maintain and develop our website;
