Remote (UK) | Base + Uncapped Commission (£60k–£80k+ OTE)
This is not a typical account manager or closing role. This role is for someone who wants to own revenue growth across a portfolio of clients and be directly responsible for retention, expansion, and long-term value creation.
We help solar & heat pump installers across the UK generate high-intent, pre-qualified customers through a pay-per-appointment model. We’ve worked with 150+ installers and have a proven, in-demand service. Now we’re scaling—and a key part of that is maximising the lifetime value and retention of every client we bring on.
This is a hybrid role, but heavily weighted toward account growth and retention. Responsibilities include:
- Be responsible for performance, retention, and revenue growth
- Sales (closing inbound demos) is part of the role—but the real value is what happens after the deal is signed
- Take inbound demo calls and convert high-quality installers
- Identify early risks and solve them before churn becomes a problem
- Retain high-performing accounts long-term
- Create scalable ways to improve client performance
Experience required:
- Experience in sales, account management, or high-performance agency environments
- Comfortable taking sales calls—but stronger on relationship building and commercial thinking
- Enjoys building systems and improving how things are done
- Is motivated by long-term earnings tied to account growth
Compensation: You consistently bring in high-quality, scalable clients. Your accounts stay longer and spend more over time.
