Are you passionate about providing excellent customer service, working outdoors and being part of a dynamic team environment? Then this job could be for you. We require a responsible, motivated individual who has experience of working in a front-line position and of dealing directly with the public.

Responsibilities

  • General duties include day to day supervision of activities on the boating lake and of the Boathouse Café.
  • You would be responsible for opening and closing the facility and supervising staff and volunteers in their roles.

Qualifications

  • You must have effective communication skills and be able to motivate and supervise staff.
  • You must also be willing and able to work outside due to the services offered at the Boathouse.
  • You will also need to be able to work flexibly including school holidays, weekends and bank holidays.

The Boathouse and boating lake are open during weekends, school holidays and bank holidays from 30th March to 30th September.
