About Blazon
Blazon is a launch and growth agency working with ambitious consumer brands across ecommerce, consumer products, and consumer technology. We help brands move from pre-launch into launch, then into growth. Our work covers launch strategy, storytelling, Shopify landing pages, CRM, Meta ads, UGC, creative production, reporting, and campaign optimisation.
We are looking for an Ecommerce Campaign Producer to support the senior team across the production and delivery layer of active client accounts. This is a hands-on agency role for someone who understands how ecommerce campaigns are built, launched, checked, reported on, and improved.
The role
You will work across Shopify, Klaviyo, paid social creative, landing pages, email campaigns, reporting, client actions, and production coordination. The role sits between ecommerce execution, CRM production, creative production, and account support. You will not be expected to lead strategy or own senior client relationships. You will be expected to understand the work quickly, pick up tasks properly, keep the details tight, and help the team deliver at a higher standard. This role is ideal for someone with experience in a creative, ecommerce, performance marketing, CRM, or DTC agency environment.
What you’ll be doing
You will support senior leads across active client accounts, owning the production and delivery layer of ecommerce campaigns. Day to day, this may include:
- Supporting pre-launch, launch, and growth campaigns across ecommerce client accounts
- Building, editing, scheduling, and QA’ing Klaviyo email campaigns
- Supporting Klaviyo flows, newsletters, segmentation, and performance reporting
- Pulling campaign data from Klaviyo, Shopify, Meta, GA4, and reporting documents
- Preparing weekly and monthly client reporting updates
- Supporting Shopify page updates, product page changes, landing page edits, and campaign QA
- Preparing Figma files, email layouts, landing page sections, and creative assets
- Writing and refining email copy, ad copy, landing page copy, product messaging, and UGC briefs
- Supporting Meta ad creative production, including hooks, scripts, formats, briefs, and asset organisation
- Helping organise UGC creators, briefs, deliverables, edits, and approvals
- Keeping internal task boards, documents, client actions, and campaign assets organised
- Supporting senior team members with meeting prep, client follow-ups, and campaign actions
- Checking work before it goes live, including links, tracking, spelling, layout, mobile view, product details, discounts, and campaign logic
- Spotting issues early and bringing practical solutions to the senior team
This is a role for someone who likes being close to the work.
What we’re looking for
Ecommerce understanding
You understand the full ecommerce journey: ad, landing page, product page, offer, email capture, checkout, post-purchase, retention, and reporting. You know that good ecommerce work is a mix of creative, commercial, operational, and technical detail. Experience with DTC brands, Shopify brands, consumer products, beauty, wellness, lifestyle, fashion, home, food and drink, or consumer technology would be valuable.
Klaviyo experience
Klaviyo is a priority skill. You should be comfortable building campaigns, editing templates, scheduling newsletters, checking flows, pulling reports, and understanding performance. You should know the basics of segmentation, list hygiene, open rates, click rates, revenue attribution, flow performance, bounce rates, and deliverability. You do not need to be a deep technical deliverability specialist, but you should know when something looks wrong and how to investigate it.
Shopify confidence
You should be comfortable working inside Shopify. That may include product pages, landing pages, collections, apps, discounts, content updates, theme sections, page QA, and campaign checks. You do not need to be a developer. Technical Shopify knowledge is a strong bonus.
Paid social awareness
You should understand how Meta ads fit into ecommerce growth. You do not need to be the media buyer, but you should understand hooks, UGC, creative testing, landing page alignment, basic performance metrics, and why creative quality affects paid performance.
Creative production
You should be comfortable working with Figma and creative files. You may be preparing email mockups, organising assets, adapting layouts, tidying files, checking brand consistency, briefing creators, or helping turn an idea into usable campaign assets. You do not need to be a senior designer. You do need taste and strong attention to detail.
Copywriting
You should be able to write clean, commercially useful copy. Email subject lines, paid social hooks, landing page sections, product copy, UGC scripts, short client-facing explanations. The copy should sound like the brand, make sense for the campaign, and avoid generic marketing language.
Agency delivery
You should be comfortable in a fast-moving agency environment. That means handling multiple clients, switching context, keeping tasks organised, taking feedback well, communicating clearly, and staying calm when things change. You will support senior leads, account owners, strategists, designers, and media buyers.
Useful experience
You may currently be working as a: Ecommerce Executive, CRM Executive, Email Marketing Executive, Digital Marketing Executive, Campaign Executive, Creative Producer, Digital Producer, Account Executive in an ecommerce or performance agency, Project Executive, Growth Marketing Executive, Performance Creative Coordinator, Shopify / Klaviyo freelancer. Agency experience is strongly preferred.
Tools you may use
Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, Figma, Google Sheets, Looker Studio, Notion, Asana, ClickUp, Trello, or similar, Canva or Adobe tools, Triple Whale, Northbeam, or similar ecommerce analytics tools, ChatGPT or Claude for research, drafting, QA, and production support. AI tools are useful in this role, but ecommerce delivery is the core requirement.
What success looks like in the first 90 days
You are trusted to build, check, and report on Klaviyo campaigns with minimal supervision. You keep production tasks moving across active ecommerce accounts. You reduce the volume of executional work sitting with senior team members. You support Shopify, Figma, landing page, CRM, and paid social production with confidence. You improve the consistency of reporting, documentation, QA, and campaign handover. Senior leads feel comfortable handing you work because you understand the context and protect the standard.
Reporting line
You will report into the Business Director and Senior Account Managers, and take day-to-day direction from the senior lead on each client account. This is a support and production role, sitting alongside senior managers, strategists, designers, and growth leads.
Details
Location: Remote, UK working hours. London preferred.
Type: Freelance / contract
Level: Associate / junior to midweight
Start date: ASAP
