We are hiring a sharp, organised, ambitious Agency Account Executive to work closely with the Managing Director across the running of the agency. This is a rare opportunity for someone early in their career who wants broad exposure across agency life. You will support sales, client communication, brand building, content, operations, proposals, events, and day-to-day founder support. You will be trusted with real responsibility from the start, and you will learn fast.
If you are highly organised, commercially aware, a strong writer, and excited by brands, campaigns, and growth, this role gives you a front-row seat inside a fast-moving agency.
The role
You will work closely with the founder in the London office as a key support across agency operations, client services, sales support, and brand activity. This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow into a high-impact agency operator, someone who can keep things moving, spot what needs doing, communicate clearly, and bring energy to both internal execution and outward-facing work. You will help keep the agency organised, responsive, polished, and proactive across multiple workstreams.
What you’ll do
- Founder support & agency coordination
- Support the Blazon Agency founder and core leadership team with day-to-day priorities, follow-ups, scheduling, and coordination
- Relay strategy and overview between the Founder, the leadership team and the agency team
- Join internal and client meetings, capture actions, and keep next steps moving
- Prepare notes, briefs, documents, and follow-up communication
- Assist with sales and new business, writing proposals, developing strategies, managing sales pipeline, writing contracts, following up with inbound
- Help keep files, systems, calendars, tasks, and workflows organised
- Act as a reliable right hand across the running of the agency
- Client services & communication
- Help manage client communication across Slack and other channels
- Track requests, updates, deadlines, and outstanding actions
- Report key client updates back clearly and concisely
- Support the team in keeping delivery smooth, organised, and professional
- Attend client calls and help turn conversations into clear action points
- Sales support & pipeline management
- Help manage the agency sales pipeline and keep opportunities moving
- Support outreach, follow-ups, research, and lead tracking
- Assist with writing proposals, pitch materials, contracts, and supporting documents
- Research prospects, sectors, and potential opportunities
- Help maintain momentum across new business conversations
- Brand, socials & outbound
- Help run Blazon Agency’s brand presence across social platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X and Reddit
- Support the Agency Founder’s personal brand through content coordination, writing, and publishing
- Assist with outbound pitching for PR opportunities, podcast appearances, features, and coverage
- Help shape brand messaging and content ideas for the agency
- Support the creation of polished written content across multiple formats
- Client brand & copy support
- Support client copywriting, messaging, and brand-building tasks
- Help turn strategy and campaign thinking into clear written output
- Assist with research into markets, competitors, and audience positioning
- Contribute to client-facing documents and presentations with strong attention to detail
- Support campaign organisation and keep moving parts aligned
- Operations, forecasting & events
- Help with light financial modelling, forecasting, and commercial admin
- Support the planning and delivery of agency events, launches, and activations
- Help improve internal systems and agency efficiency
- Use AI tools such as Claude and other platforms to improve workflows and output
- Bring structure and order to busy, fast-moving projects
Who you are
- Highly organised and naturally proactive

Skills and experience
- 1+ year of experience in an agency, startup, marketing, operations, account support, coordinator, or similar role
- Strong writing skills and confidence drafting professional communications
- Good organisational ability across calendars, documents, notes, and task management
- Comfortable using Google Workspace
- Familiarity with tools such as Slack, Asana, Canva, Figma, Notion, or similar platforms
- Interest in AI tools and enthusiasm for using them to work smarter
- A genuine interest in technology, brands, culture, media, and how agencies grow
