This role is perfect for a designer who wants great experience, to scale their portfolio, and to work across creative advertising and direct response for physical and tech products.
The role
We are hiring a hands-on junior graphic designer to support e-commerce launches, landing pages and advertising creative. You will work in Figma on design systems, visual assets for Shopify stores, paid social and display advertising, and motion graphics for short form video. You will learn agency workflows, collaborate with copywriters, developers and senior creatives, and own delivery on small to medium creative projects.
Key responsibilities
- Produce advertising creative for Meta, Google, TikTok and display, including static, animated and export-ready assets for media teams
- Build and maintain component libraries and design systems in Figma; document rules and tokens for reusable assets
- Design high-converting landing pages and Shopify templates in Figma, translating brand into modular components and templates
- Create UI and visual design for product pages, email creative and marketing microsites with a commerce-first mindset
- Develop motion graphics and short animations for ads and product explainer clips; prepare assets for editors and paid media
- Work with developers to hand off assets, spec interactions and ensure designs are implemented accurately
- Iterate quickly from briefs, respond to data and feedback, and polish concepts to commercial-grade production
- Maintain clear file organisation and version control inside Figma and shared asset libraries
Skills and experience required
- Strong working knowledge of Figma, including components, variants, auto layout and prototyping
- Practical experience designing for e-commerce, Shopify or other commerce platforms; demonstrable landing page work
- Experience creating advertising creative for paid channels: static ads, animated GIFs, MP4s, story formats
- Good visual design fundamentals: typography, layout, colour, hierarchy and responsive thinking
- Experience with design systems, building and maintaining component libraries in Figma
- Ability to work to briefs, manage time across multiple projects and meet deadlines in an agency environment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Nice to have
- Motion graphics and animation skills using After Effects or similar tools
- Basic video editing experience (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or similar)
- Previous work on consumer tech or direct-to-consumer product launches
- Familiarity with Shopify theme structure or experience handing off to front-end developers
What we offer
- Real agency experience across e-commerce and consumer tech product launches
- Opportunity to scale your work quickly, own creative projects, and learn senior-level workflows
- Mentoring from senior creatives and cross-discipline exposure to strategy, growth and product teams
- Flexible part-time hours, remote-friendly with occasional in-person studio days in London
- Competitive hourly rate, dependent on experience
