About Blazon

Blazon is The Product Launch Agency™️. We bring launch campaigns, ads, creative, email and e-commerce together under one roof to take products from idea to launch to scale. Our clients are startups, corporates, SMEs, founders and product teams with a lot riding on a launch. Our job is to make it land.

The role

We're looking for an Account Manager to be the driving force behind our live e-commerce and product-launch campaigns. You'll be the owner of a portfolio of client accounts once they sign, keeping every campaign on track from onboarding through launch and beyond. This is a hands-on, performance-focused account role. You'll analyse how campaigns are performing, keep clients confident and informed, coordinate our specialist teams, and make sure nothing slips through the cracks. You won't be buying media or building creative yourself, but you'll understand both well enough to know what good looks like and to direct the work.

What you'll do

  • Own your client relationships. Be the main point of contact for a portfolio of live campaigns, on call for weekly updates and the questions in between.
  • Run weekly client calls. Prepare from the latest numbers, lead the conversation, and follow up with a clear written recap of decisions, actions, owners and deadlines.
  • Analyse campaign performance. Track spend, CPL, CPD, CTR, conversion rate, deposits, ROAS and email performance. Diagnose what's working and what isn't, and turn it into clear recommendations for the media and creative teams to action.
  • Keep every campaign moving. Maintain a live tracker of activities, owners, deadlines and blockers so campaigns progress cleanly through onboarding, pre-launch, launch and post-launch.
  • Drive launch readiness. Own a go-live checklist covering the store or campaign page, email flows, tracking, ad accounts, creative and final sign-off.
  • Flag timing risks early.
  • Protect scope. Spot out-of-scope requests as they arise, manage them with the client, and escalate commercial decisions to leadership before they cost time.
  • Coordinate the specialists. Brief and align our strategy, creative, ads, email and development teams so everyone works from the same context.
  • Keep clients confident. Translate performance into plain English, manage expectations through delays and dips, and hold timelines without straining the relationship.

What you'll bring

  • Agency experience is essential (4 years). You've managed clients and live campaigns inside an agency, ideally an e-commerce or performance marketing agency. This role isn't suited to in-house-only backgrounds.
  • Deep paid social and performance knowledge, especially Meta, with the judgement to read a campaign and know what needs to change.
  • Strong email and lifecycle marketing knowledge, ideally Klaviyo: flows, segmentation, and launch and retargeting sends.
  • Solid grasp of e-commerce and Shopify, including funnels, conversion and reading GA4.
  • A real analytical instinct. You're comfortable in the numbers and able to diagnose, not just report.
  • Confident client management with founders and senior stakeholders. You can push for answers and hold a line without losing the room.
  • Excellent organisation and written follow-up. Nothing slips because it wasn't written down or chased.
  • Enough seniority to run campaigns independently, without daily direction.

What we offer

  • Hybrid or Remote working from London or Remote (UK)
  • Hands-on work launching products for globally recognised brands and ambitious founders
  • A senior, specialist team to work alongside
