We are hiring a sharp, organised, ambitious Agency Account Executive to work closely with the Managing Director across the running of the agency. This is a rare opportunity for someone early in their career who wants broad exposure across agency life. You will support sales, client communication, brand building, content, operations, proposals, events, and day-to-day founder support. You will be trusted with real responsibility from the start, and you will learn fast. If you are highly organised, commercially aware, a strong writer, and excited by brands, campaigns, and growth, this role gives you a front-row seat inside a fast-moving agency.
The role
You will work closely with the founder in the London office as a key support across agency operations, client services, sales support, and brand activity. This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow into a high-impact agency operator, someone who can keep things moving, spot what needs doing, communicate clearly, and bring energy to both internal execution and outward-facing work. You will help keep the agency organised, responsive, polished, and proactive across multiple workstreams.
