So, if you’ve got a passion for social media, a knack for creating scroll-stopping content, personal growth and great coffee then you could be our perfect match! You must have a minimum of 1 years’ agency experience and this is not a flexible role so please, no recruiters or applications for remote working.
Key Responsibilities:- Developing social media strategies to increase brand awareness & customer engagement for our clients and Blaze Media
- Analysing the long-term needs of the clients’ social media strategy and offering monthly reports
- Proactively offering suggestions to improve output
- Creating captivating content for social media platforms, which may include video, imagery, writing blogs, articles, posts
- Staying up to date with the latest social media trends and digital technologies
- Developing and overseeing competitions and campaigns to increase engagement
- Setting measurable goals & showing ROI on all campaigns
- Experience with Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, TikTok, YouTube & Pinterest
- Self-starter who will be well supported by the team but needs limited guidance
- Great communication & copywriting skills
- An ability to multitask and perform under pressure
- The ability to think strategically and creatively
- Strong data analytical skills
- Outstanding time management
- Excellent organisational skills
- Attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
