Our client, a respected name in the residential construction sector, is seeking a Senior Site Manager to join the delivery team on an iconic new development in West London. This is a rare opportunity to be part of a prestigious RC frame project comprising of 600 high-spec residential units across multiple tower blocks. The piling is already underway with the first tower crane erected recently. The selected SSM will oversee the basement and frame packages.

It is essential to have a proven track record at SSM level, overseeing RC frame/piling and ground works packages, with a degree or equivalent qualification in engineering/civil engineering highly desirable. We’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running and play a central role in the successful execution of this complex and exciting build.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and drive the delivery of basement and RC frame works
  • Work closely with the Head of Construction and wider site team
  • Coordinate subcontractors, logistics, safety, and quality on site
  • Ensure programme milestones are met on time and within budget
  • Maintain high health & safety standards

Ideal Candidate

  • Proven experience delivering RC frame packages on large-scale residential or mixed-use developments
  • Degree or equivalent qualification in Engineering/Civil Engineering
  • Strong technical background and understanding of complex construction methodologies
  • A proactive leader with excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Able to manage specialist frame/concrete contractors
  • SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certified
