Workingacross the UK and Europe with major Global Brands, their dual site Print and Installation management operation has undergone strategic expansion and we seekan experienced, talented and ambitious individual to implement and lead the Installationenvironment.
You will be an effective and experienced Installation Manager, with current or recent working exposure in the Digitally printed Exhibition and Display Graphics arena.
You’ll be a methodically minded professional, possessing sound commercial acumen and a passion that thrives at the responsibilitythat is associated with leading a diverse employed and contracting workforce.
Youwill have demonstrable experience in managing and developing a broadly skilled Installationteam, working alongside the Head of Production to shape, guide and enhanceoperational effectiveness across their expanding production of large / wide format printexhibition, displays and signage solutions.
You will manage the day to day running of the Installation function across the dual site Production and Project Managementdepartments, developing maintaining and enforcing an enhanced regime ofeffective company workflow, guidelines and practical installation policies.
You must have a demonstrable track record ofexperience, responsibility and impact within the exhibition and displaysindustry, with proven experience and aptitude in running a diverseinstallations department, along with an evolved communication capability thatwill engage Clients and internal peers alike.
