Diverse Print organisation that continues its transition from traditional Print to full service Solutions provision, seeks a truly exceptional individual to work with the Board in leading their Pre-Press, Creative Studio and an advanced technical workflow capability.
With proven team leadership and a strong working knowledge of Creative, Pre Press, Automation and wider Company IT software, this is both a strategic and a hands-on role, requiring an individual with a strong eye for process, workflows and accuracy, but with a keen technical interest/acumen in developing the boundaries of capability, both creatively and technically, that spans commercial print imagery and variable data.
Managing the Creative team, you will be responsible for allocating workloads and managing the Client requirements from the Account/Sales team, being briefed from either Clients, Account Managers or Sales and spanning creative for print and digital solutions (incl B2B and B2C websites).
Separately you’ll manage the Pre Press team, allocating created or supplied artwork and origination, preparing digital output, whilst constantly instigating, monitoring and enhancing the correct procedures and systems to deliver a consistency of service with the highest quality of product, so exposure to the automation of the systems between their MIS (Tharstern) and Prinergy (Kodak) would be beneficial.
This new role will also be responsible for mapping and delivering the enhanced Studio IT infrastructure and Workflow Automation, so ESKO automation experience would be very valuable, whilst on the IT front, it is simply focused on taking responsibility for working with their chosen IT support company in managing the daily issues and longer term evolution of their infrastructure and communications platforms.
With an engaging personality and strong Client interface skills, you’ll work within a highly organised and co-operative team, utilising your acquired experience to deliver effective solutions across the diversity of their digital, litho, web to print, direct mail, fulfilment and distribution capabilities.
Combining strong commercial intuitiveness and practical experience, you will be alert, communicative, inquisitive, with the drive and ambition to seek and deliver a quality/consistency of service through your team, that ensures relationships can be genuinely developed and leveraged.
You will receive fantastic support from an inspirational senior team and outstanding internal group in the continued development of your career.
