Impressively expanding Print on Demand Business in the City of London seeks an experienced and motivated Branch / General Manager with comprehensive small and large format digital print and reprographics experience, to lead a dynamic team in managing and developing a large array of Blue Chip and Corporate Client requirements as they continue to expand their reach and service offering.
Responsible for all day-to-day operational demands of the Business, you will lead a dynamic and committed team of Account Managers and Production staff, with a remit to maximise current opportunities within their Central London Client network. You must have proven experience in a fast-paced, high quality, reprographics and small and large format digital/litho print environment, excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, a strong commercial and numerical acumen, and ideally combined with an array of practical large format print production and finishing experience.
You will be a naturally enthusiastic, confident, communicative personality, demonstrating an obvious ability to interact very effectively with Staff and Clients in order to manage a significant array of incoming enquiries and customer requests, positioning the Business to further deliver an outstanding service and maximising their ability to secure the associated Design, Reprographics and Print Sales opportunities.
