Innovative and respected Variable Print, Direct Mail and Marketing specialist seeks an experienced and ambitious client facing Account Manager to service one of their prestigious key client relationships which specialises in luxury retail and cosmetics.
As an Account Manager, you will possess exceptional customer service skills and be a proactive, engaging and client centric individual who enjoys the thrill of growing and leveraging multiple relationships. You will have fantastic brand awareness, constantly looking for new ways to successfully connect with brands and clientele, swiftly building a strong rapport and delivering outstanding customer service to a prestigious luxury cosmetic blue-chip account.
This role would suit someone from a print management or client facing background who has had core exposure working as a key account manager/project manager, ideally with a natural, bubbly and engaging persona combined with experience in variable data and image complex direct mail campaigns.
Accustomed to taking responsibility for the day to day management of a demanding yet rewarding key account, you’ll have full ownership of client projects, interfacing with internal counterparts, external supply chain and the client relationship stakeholders.
