Following the recent acquisition of the largest privately owned tape printer in Europe, they now seek to strengthen their Client Services team with the appointment a dynamic, communicative & Client centric Account Manager / Customer Service Executive.
Working hand in hand with major Distributor Clients, you'll be responsible for building a high level of trust and understanding which facilitates the delivery of long term & sustainable solutions to their customers, as these roles form part of a strong strategic plan for delivering investment & growth.
The Account Manager / Client Services Executive role demands a communicative & dynamically energetic, Client centric individual to further cement the Business' overriding passion and capability for delivering exceptional product & customer care.
Ideally with some exposure to the Print / Packaging Industry, or in a bespoke manufacturing environment, you must have the proven ability to forge successful partnerships that are founded on an open and flexible approach.
You'll be capable of listening and questioning the Clients requirements, using your ability to tailor beneficial solutions that will be shaped to fulfil the requirements of their 'Customers customers', so the focus of this role is also to further maximise the potential for new/additional growth opportunities that will contribute to increased future market share.

- Process and acknowledge orders and quotations to agreed deadlines.
- Recommend company products, negotiate and quote in line with their distributor's requirements.
