Our client, a leading London residential developer, offers a unique opportunity to join their successful Production Academy program for experienced hires. This is an opportunity to fast-track your career within a supportive and dynamic organisation. The Role? We are seeking talented individuals from Architectural and/or Structural Engineering backgrounds who are keen to make the client-side move to a Tier 1 Residential Developer. The Technical Coordinator assists the Technical Manager in the management of the technical function of the site-based projects on all technical, architectural and engineering aspects of the business and site. You would be working on high-quality new build residential sites in London. Responsibilities of the Technical Coordinator include, but are not limited to: Provide back-up to all Technical Managers on job running Check and process Consultant and Contractor drawing packages Issue drawings and information for construction purposes, using the correct protocols as instructed Ensure enquiries and applications go to statutory service companies and local authorities Liaise with Architects, Engineers and subcontractors for information Assist the department in maintaining updated processes in regard to Building Regulations and any other Statutory Bodies Prepare conveyance plans Prepare and check brochure plans Internal liaison with Planning, Commercial, Construction and Sales Facilitate information to assist with Party Wall Awards and any other 3rd party legal matters Assist in the selection and appointment of external design consultants Resolve technical queries on designs during the design and construction phase of the development Monitor all consultant design information to the agreed programme Manage fees and consultant appointments What is the Production Academy?
