A leading developer is looking to appoint a Senior Site Manager to join a major new build scheme in the Camden area. This is a long-term opportunity on a flagship development currently at piling stage, with a programme running through to mid-2028. The scheme is predominantly student accommodation with a small element of residential, comprising two RC frame blocks and a single basement.

This role will see you take a key position on site, driving delivery from early groundworks through to structural works and beyond, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on programme, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage groundworks, piling, structural works, and temporary works packages
  • Drive subcontractor performance, ensuring quality, safety, and programme targets are met
  • Chair site meetings and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Report progress, risks, and key milestones to senior management
  • Maintain high standards of health & safety and site compliance
  • Utilise IT systems for reporting, QA, and programme tracking
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager on large-scale residential or mixed-use developments
  • Strong background in groundworks, piling, structures, and temporary works
  • Façade experience would be highly advantageous
  • Ideally a Civil Engineering background
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
  • Confident with IT systems and site reporting tools
