A Central London based Property Developer is looking to appoint a Senior Cost Manager to their Pre-Construction team to support their continued pipeline of high-density residential and regeneration development projects across London and the South East.
This is a fantastic role with exposure to complex high-density residential development and regeneration projects that range from £50m-£250m+; and to collaborate as a team to achieve commercial and innovative solutions in their approach to delivering schemes that each present their own unique challenge.
As a Senior Cost Manager, you would work within a Cost Management team and wider Development business offering Cost Management support on the projects to provide commercially successful outcomes across the Development and Construction cycle of a scheme.
You will have exposure to the early stages of design and development of the projects at RIBA stages 0-3, supporting the Development team to identify risk and opportunity to value engineer design on schemes. You will produce cost models and accurate cost information to support procurement and construction programming for their development schemes.
You will provide analysis and offer input using your knowledge and experience to assist in the profitability of the business to successfully deliver and execute their projects.
Candidates with experience in a cost planning role within residential development are of strong interest who may work in a similar role within Cost Consultancy, or estimating and cost planning for a Property Developer or Main Contractor. A comprehensive knowledge of cost modelling and feasibilities in residential development is a preference to fulfil and perform in this role successfully.
