Job Type: PermanentSector: ConstructionReference: DMSMASite Manager – Fit OutLondon NW1Up to £65,000 + Bonus + Private Healthcare + Pension + 25 Days HolidayBlayze Group are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager on behalf of a highly regarded developer, to join the delivery team on a prestigious mixed-use development in the Camden region.This is an excellent opportunity to join an experienced project team and take responsibility for the internal fit-out and completion of a major development in one of London's most sought-after locations.The Projectc300 purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) beds, including affordable accommodationc30 affordable residential homesc8,000 sq ft of ground-floor commercial spaceThree architecturally distinctive buildings ranging from 6 to 12 storeysThe RoleReporting to the Project Manager, you will take ownership of multiple residential and student accommodation units, managing the internal fit-out from 1st fix through to 2nd fix, snagging, defects and final handover.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging day-to-day fit-out and finishing activities across multiple unitsCoordinating and supervising subcontractors and site operativesManaging works from 1st fix through to 2nd fix and final completionCoordinating multiple trades, including MEP, drylining, ceilings, carpentry, kitchens, bathrooms, flooring and decorationEnsuring works are delivered to the required quality, programme and specificationMonitoring subcontractor performance and productivityWorking closely with the Project Manager, Design Team and wider site teamCarrying out regular quality inspections and ensuring high standards are maintainedManaging snagging, de-snagging and defects through to completionEnsuring units are completed to the required standard and ready for handoverMaintaining accurate site records and reporting on progressIdentifying and resolving construction issues to maintain programmeEnsuring all works are carried out in accordance with health & safety requirementsAttending site meetings and providing regular progress updatesAbout YouProven xsabvtc experience as a Site Manager within residential construction or high-end fit-outStrong experience managing internal finishes and completing residential unitsA good understanding of 1st fix, 2nd fix, snagging and handoverExperience managing subcontractors and multiple tradesStrong organisational and communication skillsA keen eye for quality and attention to detailSMSTS and CSCSPackageUp to £65,000 basic salaryAnnual bonusPrivate healthcareCompany pension25 days annual leave plus bank holidaysThis is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly respected residential developer and play a key role in delivering a landmark development in the Camden region.ContactDuncan MorganHead of UK LinkedIn
