Site Manager – RC Frame Residential

North West London

£280 per day CIS | Long-Term Contract | Temp-to-Perm Opportunity

We are recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join a leading residential developer on a major RC frame development in North West London.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the internal and external packages on a 5-storey RC frame residential block, which also includes the delivery of the marketing suite.

This is part of a larger development of over 300 homes with project completion scheduled for 2029.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record delivering internal and external packages on RC frame residential developments, managing specialist subcontractors, driving programme, maintaining the highest standards of health and safety, and ensuring quality throughout the build.

Essential requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager on RC frame residential developments
  • Experience managing both internal and external packages
  • A sound understanding of Building Safety Regulator (BSR) Quality Assurance procedures
  • Strong knowledge of Golden Thread requirements
  • Experience using Field View or Index to record quality inspections and compliance information
  • SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications

£280 per day CIS, with a long-term contract and a genuine opportunity to move into a permanent position if desired.
