I’m working with a leading residential developer who is looking to appoint a Senior Document Controller to oversee multiple live projects from their NW London head office. Reporting into the Technical Director, this is a great opportunity to take ownership of document control processes, lead a team of 2/3 Document Controllers and work closely with technical and site teams on high-quality schemes.

The role:

  • Manage document control across multiple projects
  • Lead and support a team
  • Oversee workflows, compliance and reporting
  • Liaise with consultants, contractors and internal teams
  • Office-based Monday–Friday, with occasional site visits

  • Strong construction document control experience (resi ideal)
  • Team leadership experience
  • Aconex (essential), plus Viewpoint or Asite
  • Organised, proactive and confident managing multiple projects

Package: Up to £55k + £5,250 car allowance + bonus + full benefits package
