An excellent opportunity to join an Estate organisation in a new role as Senior Project Manager overseeing a team of technical project managers with responsibility for setting and executing the delivery strategy.
You will report to the Head of Project Management and have oversight of a high-profile remediation project across a large estate of residential and commercial properties. The works are complex and delivered within a live environment.
The role will oversee portions of work on specific blocks ranging from external cladding to full interior strip outs. This will include planning of works, M&E, resident liaison, BSA, approvals and managing design complexity.
You will have a strong understanding of the Building Safety Act and have carried out BSA works.
You will have lead teams in high-rise environments and set the remediation strategy with PR and communication experience.
This is a high profile role and will suit experienced technical professionals from a consultancy, construction or developer background. You will have high rise experience in live environments and have excellent knowledge of the Building Safety Act.
