An excellent opportunity to join an established Property Developer with a highly reputable track record for Residential and Mixed use Regeneration projects is seeking a Project Manager to join their Project Management and Delivery team.
The role involves supporting schemes from Pre-contract and Post Contract stages of the Development cycle, working collaboratively with the Development Management team to deliver high-density development projects across Greater Manchester. The schemes are complex and involve strong stakeholder engagement as well as working with first class professional teams to deliver key milestones on the projects.
Key responsibilities include:
- Experience in Project Management level responsibilities with both pre and post contract delivery experience.
- Ability to demonstrate a delivery track record of residential development and high rise buildings.
- Technical knowledge of strong JCT contract.
- Design and Build knowledge, supporting on design management stages 1-3 alongside Development Management teams.
- Supporting procurement, tender documentation, early contract engagement through PCSA and through the construction lifecycle of a scheme to practical completion.
