As part of our continued expansion, we are looking to grow our North America Finance recruitment team and are seeking an ambitious, high-performing individual to join us during an exciting phase of growth. Headquartered in London, Blayze Group has successfully developed a strong and credible presence across the North American finance market. We partner with a wide range of organisations across financial services, corporate finance, investment management, and professional services sectors.
Our established client base, long-term relationships, and strong market reputation provide a solid platform enabling the right individual to quickly build momentum and achieve success from day one. The role is based in Bank, London, with long-term opportunities to travel, undertake secondments, or potentially relocate to the United States.
We are seeking a commercially minded, motivated individual who thrives in a high-performance environment and is eager to accelerate their career whilst building meaningful relationships as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage new and existing client relationships across the North American finance market, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.
- Identify and pursue new business development opportunities, generating new revenue streams across the region.
- Deliver high-quality recruitment solutions across finance disciplines including corporate finance, accounting, financial analysis, and investment functions.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from client acquisition and mandate management through to candidate placement.
- Build and maintain a strong network of finance professionals across North America.
- Contribute to the continued growth of the North America division and support market expansion initiatives.
