We are currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to join a major RC frame residential development in the Dartford region. The project will deliver circa 600 residential units and is scheduled for completion in mid-2029, offering the successful candidate the opportunity to be involved from an early stage through to final delivery.

Reporting into a Senior Quantity Surveyor, the role will cover the full commercial lifecycle of the development, initially overseeing piling, groundworks, and hard.
