Our client, who are a leading residential developer, are looking to recruit a Quality Assurance Advisor for their London team.
The selected candidate will work with the Quality Lead and production teams to provide a Quality support function, by carrying out the following duties:
- Monitor sub-contractor’s QA inspections and sign-offs ensuring records are complete and accurate.
- Provide Field View training to our clients managers and contractors.
- Ensure our clients divisional and group quality standards are complied with.
- Monitor Project Quality Plans and their appendices.
- Carry out Field View Administration tasks as instructed.
- Produce and distribute monthly divisional and PLC Board reports.
- Provide monthly Quality Assurance information for all monthly Project Review Meetings.
- Monitor training progress of production teams and contractors and report accordingly.
- Produce and distribute Quality Assurance Bulletins.
- Ensure Warranty Provider and Building Control reportable items are tracked and addressed promptly.
- Attend site inspections as needed.
Driven and committed to deliver a safe quality product on time and within budget.
IT literate including Word, Excel and Power Point and can learn and adapt to new systems.
Travel allowance, Pension scheme, 25 days holiday + bank holidays.
