Our client, who are a leading residential developer, are looking to recruit a Quality Assurance Advisor for their London team. The selected candidate will work with the Quality Lead and production teams to provide a Quality support function, by carrying out the following duties:
- Create and distribute required weekly and monthly (Fieldview) reports.
- Monitor closure of any issues raised on site using the Fieldview system.
- Monitor sub-contractor’s QA inspections and sign-offs ensuring records are complete and accurate.
- Provide Field View training to our clients managers and contractors.
- Ensure our clients divisional and group quality standards are complied with.
- Monitor Project Quality Plans and their appendices.
- Monitor Non-Conformance Registers and report accordingly.
- Produce and distribute monthly KPI reports.
- Carry out Field View Administration tasks as instructed.
- Produce and distribute monthly divisional and PLC Board reports.
- Provide monthly Quality Assurance information for all monthly Project Review Meetings.
- Monitor training progress of production teams and contractors and report accordingly.
- Produce and distribute Quality Assurance Bulletins.
- Ensure Warranty Provider and Building Control reportable items are tracked and addressed promptly.
- Assist with Group Audit preparation.
- Attend site inspections as needed.
Must be:
- Well presented, professional, punctual and prepared.
- Good eye for detail.
- Driven and committed to deliver a safe quality product on time and within budget.
- Team player who understands the whole construction cycle.
- IT literate including Word, Excel and Power Point and can learn and adapt to new systems.
- Must be enthusiastic and 100% committed to achieving targets and deadlines.
