Our client, a leading residential developer, is recruiting a Project Manager for a new build RC frame project in N/W London. The project is at the piling stage, will have 5 cores, create 300 units, and is scheduled for completion in 2028.

The candidate will have a proven track record as a Project Manager or Project Lead on large-scale RC frame residential developments. The role involves managing an 8-person team (1 Senior Site Manager, 3 Site Managers, 4 Assistant Site Managers) and requires experience taking projects from piling through to delivery and handover.

Duties include:

  • Attending and chairing meetings with team members and contractors
  • Providing regular reporting updates to senior directors

Base Pay: Basic salary to £105k, Travel allowance, Bonus, Pension, Health Care, 25 days holiday + bank holidays.
