Are you an experienced Principal Design Manager ready to lead the design process on complex, high-value construction projects across London? A well-established contractor delivering some of the capital’s most high-profile developments is looking for a senior design leader to join their team. This is a rare opportunity to play a key role in shaping the design and delivery of large-scale residential, commercial, hotel, and mixed-use projects from pre-construction through to post-completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the design function across multiple major projects.
  • Attend and contribute to key meetings with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
  • Oversee and mentor multidisciplinary design teams, including senior-level professionals.
  • Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations, CDM, and BIM requirements.
  • Track performance against KPIs, identifying and mitigating design risks.
