An entrepreneurial and established Development Consultancy is looking to appoint an Associate Director to lead their Cost Management function and PQS team on an exciting range of projects. They are a highly reputable Development consultancy with a successful track record for delivering a range of projects that involve mixed use regeneration, high profile residential, industrial and hotel projects.

In this role, you would be responsible for leading the Cost Management/PQS team to deliver a variety of schemes through pre and post contract stages of the development and construction cycle. You will play an active role in managing multiple projects and client and resource management.

Responsibilities will include supporting and leading a PQS team across a variety of tasks to include:

  • Estimating and cost planning
  • Tender management
  • Development and feasibility reports
  • Cost reporting and valuations
