As part of our continued expansion, we are looking to grow our USA Construction Recruitment team and are seeking an ambitious, high-performing individual to join us during an exciting phase of expansion. Headquartered in London, Blayze Group has successfully developed a strong and credible presence across the United States Construction and Real Estate market. We partner with a wide range of organisations, operating across single-family residential, multi-family, commercial construction, and Real Estate sectors. Our established client base, long-term relationships, and strong market reputation provide a solid platform enabling the right individual to quickly build momentum and achieve success from day one.
The role is based in Bank, London and has the long-term opportunity to travel, work secondments or even relocate to the United States. We are seeking a commercially minded, motivated individual who thrives in a high performance environment and is eager to accelerate their career whilst building meaningful relationships as a trusted advisor to clients and candidates.
- Develop and manage new and existing client relationships across the USA construction market, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.
- Identify and pursue new business development opportunities and generate new revenue streams across North America.
- Deliver high-calibre recruitment solutions across residential and commercial construction sectors.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from client acquisition to candidate placement.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in recruitment or sales, ideally within the USA real estate or construction markets. Demonstrated ability to generate revenue and build long-term client relationships. Dynamic and adaptable, with the ability to excel in a fast-paced and competitive market.
