Blayze Group are recruiting on behalf of a highly successful, well-funded residential developer for a Logistics / Site Manager to join a major £200 million mixed-use development in South East London. The project consists of four residential and student accommodation blocks, rising up to 30 storeys, with completion scheduled for Summer 2029. With significant financial backing and an exciting pipeline of future schemes, there has never been a better time to join this growing business.
You'll be responsible for managing all site logistics, coordinating deliveries, traffic management, site access, logistics personnel and ensuring the safe and efficient running of a busy construction site.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Logistics or Site Manager on large residential or mixed-use developments.
- Strong health & safety knowledge.
- SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid.
