Up to Β£55k plus generous bonus and benefits. Based in Green Park, with 5 days in the office. This is an opportunity for a newly qualified ACCA or CIMA accountant to join a well-established, FCA-authorised real estate investment house managing institutional property funds with over Β£5bn of gross assets. Based in central London, the role sits within a small, high-performing Opportunistic Fund Reporting team and offers broad exposure across fund accounting, reporting and control, with a clear pathway to Fund Controller for high performers.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce Net Asset Valuations (NAVs) and summary fund-level reporting for property joint venture investments.
- Act as the primary finance contact for one or more funds, with fund-level oversight.
- Maintain live investment and loan data across portfolios.
- Coordinate, streamline and analytically review reporting from JV operating partners against business plans.
- Monitor transaction-level tax structuring with guidance from the internal tax team.
- Lead annual audit processes for assigned entities, meeting strict deadlines.
- Prepare ad hoc reporting for institutional investors, including PFIC reporting for US investors.
- Support the wider finance and administration team as business needs arise.
Key Requirements
- Newly qualified ACCA or CIMA accountant, with fund accounting experience either from an Investment Fund or a Fund Administration House.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder-management skills.
- Confident, diplomatic and comfortable working across cultures.
- Resourceful, flexible and resilient, suited to a small, dynamic team environment.
