This is a rare opportunity to play a key role in shaping the design and delivery of large-scale residential, commercial, hotel, and mixed-use projects from pre-construction through to post-completion.
Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the design function across multiple major projects.
Attend and contribute to key meetings with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
Oversee and mentor multidisciplinary design teams, including senior-level professionals.
Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations, CDM, and BIM requirements.
Track performance against KPIs, identifying and mitigating design risks.
