We are currently recruiting for a Construction Planner to join a major multi-phase RC frame residential development in East London on a 4-month maternity cover contract. This is an excellent opportunity to work across several live and upcoming phases on a large-scale residential scheme, supporting the project delivery teams with programme management, reporting and construction planning.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record working for a main contractor or developer on large residential projects, with strong experience delivering RC frame developments from pre-construction through to completion.
Key Responsibilities:- Managing and updating construction programmes across multiple phases
- Monitoring project progress and identifying programme risks
- Working closely with site, commercial and project teams
- Producing short-term and long-term programmes and progress reports
- Supporting project delivery and ensuring milestones are achieved
- Proven experience as a Construction Planner on large residential developments
- Strong RC frame project experience essential
- Background working with a main contractor or developer
- Proficient with Asta Powerproject or Primavera P6
- Strong communication and reporting skills
- £400 per day PAYE
