They are seeking a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager with relevant development delivery experience who is looking to play a key role in the successful execution of high-profile schemes. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing challenging projects from start to finish with an unmatched ambition and enthusiasm to work on high profile projects with first class consultant and construction delivery teams.

Responsibilities

  • Direct and oversee completion of project
  • Develop plan of action including schedule, resources and work plan
  • Relationship with design and construction teams to manage progress and project objectives
  • Assess risks and establish contingency plans alongside Project Management team
  • Manage work and inputs from a variety of stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of experience in project management or relevant fields within consultancy for Real Estate Services Sector
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver a completed project and confident Stakeholder management skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience working with a team
