An excellent opportunity to join an established Property Developer with a highly reputable track record for Residential and Mixed use Regeneration projects is seeking a Head of Project Management to lead their Project Management and Delivery team to support schemes from Pre-contract and Post Contract stages of the Development cycle working collaboratively with the Development Management team to deliver high-density development projects across Greater Manchester.
The schemes are complex and involve strong stakeholder engagement as well as working with first class professional teams to deliver key milestones on the projects.
Significant experience in Project Management level and team leadership responsibilities within a Property Developer or consultancy is required. Candidates can demonstrate strong competencies in the following areas:
- The ability to demonstrate a delivery track record of residential development from RIBA Stages 2 to project delivery.
- Gateway 2 experience and knowledge of delivering high rise buildings.
- Technical knowledge of strong JCT contract Design and Build knowledge.
- Project Management, Employers Agent experience on live projects.
- Taking a lead on design management stages 1-3 alongside Development Management teams supporting procurement, tender documentation, early contract engagement through PCSA and through the construction lifecycle of a scheme to practical completion.
