This is a fantastic opportunity for an established Head of Land or Senior Land Manager to join a leading London residential developer and drive the land acquisition strategy for the business.

The role will oversee a team and be responsible for the identification, negotiation and acquisition of new sites to meet the organisational business plan. You will drive the development appraisal process to enhance project margins on site acquisitions. You will create successful partnerships with industry stakeholders including land agents, consultants and local authorities. You will oversee sites through planning and into delivery.

You will have a strong understanding of the London residential market and have a track record of buying sites. Excellent communication skills and the gravitas to operate at a senior level with both internal and external stakeholders are essential.
