An exceptional opportunity to join a major organisation developing a large scale mixed-use project. The role will take end-to-end ownership of financial performance across a dynamic development programme. This is a high-impact role combining business partnering, project finance, financial modelling, governance, and performance reporting with direct influence on strategic decision-making.

As the strategic finance lead for Development, you will partner closely with senior stakeholders to deliver accurate, timely, and decision-ready financial insight across a diverse and evolving property portfolio. Reporting to the Finance Director, with interaction into senior Development leadership, this role carries accountability for key financial deliverables.

Key responsibilities will include project forecasting.
