Blayze Group are currently working with one of our clients, who are one of the UK’s leading specialist sub-contractors seeking to recruit a Facade Technical Manager to oversee several high-quality sites in London. Reporting into the Construction Director, you will be tasked with the management and co-ordination of external designers and main contractor designers across several sites in London, with one day at the head office in Essex. Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Management of the several projects in its support of design, in conjunction with the commercial & site team. Manage specifications and drawings, including creation and amendments. Liaison with H&S and other departments as required. Liaison and coordination of external and client-side designers. Role-specific requirements: Technical qualifications. Experienced design/technical manager Extensive knowledge of cladding facade systems and details. Package Details: Up to £70,000 (DOE) Discretionary Annual Bonus + Other Benefits including Pension Scheme
