We’re partnering with a leading residential developer to appoint a Technical Coordinator for a new build RC frame residential scheme. As Technical Coordinator, you’ll be at the centre of the design and delivery process, coordinating consultants, managing design information, and playing a key part ensuring the successful technical delivery of residential plots from planning through to handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage external design consultants and drive timely delivery of coordinated compliant design information
- Review and provide feedback on architectural, structural, and M&E drawings
- Collaborate closely with planning, commercial, and construction teams to support smooth project delivery
- Assist procurement by ensuring design packages are fully detailed and buildable
- Identify and mitigate technical risks across all project phases
About You
- Previous experience as a Technical Coordinator (or similar) on residential developments
- Will welcome applications from Architecture, Design Management or Structural Engineering backgrounds
- Strong knowledge of RC frame construction or traditional build housing
- Confident managing consultants and coordinating complex design packages
- Solid understanding of UK Building Regulations and NHBC standards
- Organised, proactive, and an excellent communicator
