An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Document Controller to join a prestigious, design-led residential developer delivering landmark projects across London.
This is a highly visible role within a collaborative site team, offering long-term stability and involvement in some of the capital's most high-profile residential schemes.
You will be responsible for the control, coordination and management of project documentation overseeing two developments in the Camden region, acting as the central hub between the client, consultants, contractors and the wider project team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating the flow of information between internal teams, consultants and subcontractors
- Managing electronic project records via internal systems and web-based platforms
- Maintaining and updating drawing registers
- Reviewing and formatting documents to ensure compliance with submission requirements
- Implementing and maintaining document security protocols
- Issuing and receiving CAD mark-ups to internal and external design teams
- Ensuring full compliance with internal QA procedures
- Supporting project programming by managing workload priorities with the project leadership team
- Overseeing site printing resources and reporting equipment faults
About You
- Proven experience in a Document Controller role within construction
- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Confident communicator across technical and non-technical teams
