Development Manager – Surrey, United Kingdom
We’re partnering with one of the UK’s leading residential developers who are expanding their Surrey team and are now looking to appoint a Development Manager.
Based at their Surrey office, you’ll take responsibility for a portfolio of low‑rise housing and apartment schemes, working across both front‑end feasibility and live project delivery.
Key schemes include a flagship 1,500‑home development (with PRS, commercial and retirement living elements) and four other projects in the Surrey region, so use of own transport is essential.
Base Pay Range
Up to £75,000 (DOE) + £6,500 Car Allowance + Bonus + Package
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee front‑end feasibility studies for low‑rise housing developments.
- Manage live project delivery from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to ensure timely and within‑budget delivery.
