Job Description

A leading residential developer is looking for a Customer Experience Executive to join their sales support team and play a key role in delivering a first-class journey for homebuyers – from reservation through to post-handover care.


📍 Location: Office-based in West London (Office Based Role, no Hybrid Working)

💼 Type: Full-time, permanent

💰 Salary: Up to £36,000 + comprehensive benefits package


🔑 Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end customer journey from exchange to aftercare
  • Provide clear, regular updates to customers throughout the buying process
  • Liaise with sales, site, and customer service teams to resolve queries
  • Drive satisfaction and loyalty by ensuring a smooth, supportive experience
  • Support post-handover care in coordination with the aftercare team
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and customer feedback initiatives


✅ What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in new homes customer care, sales progression, or completions
  • Excellent communication and empathy with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Understanding of the housebuilding process from exchange to completion
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and in a fast-paced environment
