We are currently recruiting for a Construction Planner to join a major multi-phase RC frame residential development in East London on a 4-month maternity cover contract. This is an excellent opportunity to work across several live and upcoming phases on a large-scale residential scheme, supporting the project delivery teams with programme management, reporting and construction planning.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record working for a main contractor or developer on large residential projects, with strong experience delivering RC frame developments from pre-construction through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing and updating construction programmes across multiple phases
  • Monitoring project progress and identifying programme risks
  • Working closely with site, commercial and project teams
  • Producing short-term and long-term programmes and progress reports
  • Supporting project delivery and ensuring milestones are achieved
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Construction Planner on large residential developments
  • Strong RC frame project experience essential
  • Background working with a main contractor or developer
  • Proficient with Asta Powerproject or Primavera P6
  • Strong communication and reporting skills
Package:
  • £400 per day PAYE
