A Commercial Director appointment for a fast growing Main Contractor responsible for delivering multi-million pound high density development projects, primarily residential led, mixed use schemes from £100m+ high rise apartment new build construction projects.

As part of the Senior Management and Leadership team, you would be responsible for delivering a significant pipeline of construction activity involving predominantly residential and mixed use projects. With an immediate number of projects to deliver in the region of £200m build costs, you will be responsible for all commercial activity across the business.

You will be providing both hands on- and strategic leadership to the commercial function and supporting the operations team to deliver the projects successfully ensuring profitable, and well managed contracts to PC and final accounts. You will be a key member in managing the risk and maximising the value of the business as well as overseeing and maintaining strong relationships with supply chain and key stakeholders.

We are looking for candidates with significant commercial management experience within a main contracting, construction environment, with a strong track record in delivering high density residential development buildings. Combined with this delivery experience, we are looking for operational leadership experience within a senior management team.
