A leading residential developer is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team on a major purpose-built student accommodation development in North West London.

The scheme consists of approximately 1,000 student units across two reinforced concrete frame blocks rising to 22 storeys. Construction has recently commenced with piling now underway, and the project has a three-year build programme with completion scheduled for late 2028.

Reporting directly into the Commercial Lead, you will play a key role in the commercial delivery of the project from an early stage. The position will involve full commercial management of packages, cost control, subcontractor management and supporting the wider commercial strategy for the development. You will also be responsible for managing and mentoring junior commercial staff within the team.
