We are working with a leading developer to appoint a Senior Project Manager for a flagship mixed-use residential scheme in London. This is a high-profile, large-scale development delivering multiple residential units across several RC frame blocks alongside commercial space. The project is at early construction stage, offering the opportunity to take ownership from groundworks through to completion and handover.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead delivery of a complex, multi-phase residential scheme
- Oversee programme, budget, and quality from substructure through to fit-out
- Manage principal contractor, consultants, and key stakeholders
- Drive health & safety, logistics, and operational strategy
- Ensure successful handover of units to a high specification
Requirements:
- Proven experience delivering large-scale residential / mixed-use developments as a No1
- Strong understanding of the full RC frame construction process from cradle to grave
- Track record operating at Senior Project Manager level for a developer or main contractor
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
