We are working with a leading residential developer to appoint an experienced MEP Manager for a landmark, large-scale multi-phase RC frame residential development in South West London. This is a long-term opportunity to join a high-quality scheme delivered over several phases. The successful candidate will be reporting directly into the Regional MEP Manager, working closely with construction, commercial and design teams to ensure the successful coordination and delivery of all mechanical and electrical services from pre-construction through to handover.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all M&E aspects of a large, complex residential project
- Report into and work closely with the Regional MEP Manager to align project delivery with regional standards and strategy
- Oversee M&E subcontractors to ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and to specification
- Review designs, drawings and specifications, identifying and resolving technical issues
- Lead commissioning, testing and handover of M&E services
- Work collaboratively with site, commercial and design teams across multiple phases
- Ensure compliance with current building regulations, quality standards and health & safety requirements
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an MEP Manager on large-scale residential or mixed-use RC frame developments
- Strong technical knowledge across both mechanical and electrical services
- Experience managing M&E subcontractors on complex, multi-phase schemes
- Excellent coordination, communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work on long-term projects with multiple stakeholders
Package:
- Up to £70,000 basic salary
